BIRT is an Eclipse based tool and integrated in OntoStudio.
With BIRT you can

The created reports can be saved as a HTML or a PDF document, for example.
In the process, you can integrate an html-page in a Web portal, which displays query results generated by the ontology and OntoBroker.
